The Chosen is one of the most-watched independently produced series in the world, with a dedicated global fanbase that has supported the show through crowdfunding since its inception. When the production needed physical media packaging for retail, the bar was high. These products weren't just packaging — they were collectibles for an audience deeply invested in the series, sold alongside major retailers.

I led the design and production design for a multi-season packaging system spanning Blu-ray, DVD, disc art, steelbooks, soundtrack packaging, and special editions. Each format came with its own unique dieline and content requirements, requiring the visual system to be thoughtfully adapted and customized across a wide range of structural specifications and SKUs while maintaining cohesion across the full product line. Managing multiple SKUs meant overseeing not just the design but the content within each — ensuring accuracy and consistency across every variation as the product line grew season over season.

On the production side, my involvement went well beyond design. I managed dielines and structural specifications across every format, worked directly with manufacturers and print vendors, oversaw proofing and quality control, and prepared and delivered all print-ready files. The result was a packaging system that translated The Chosen's screen-based brand into physical products worthy of the shelf — available today at major retailers including Walmart — and the fans who put them there.
