Sundance Bay is a real estate investment firm operating in a competitive market where credibility and trust are everything. Without a distinctive brand, they had no visual language to communicate their expertise to potential investors or differentiate themselves from the competition.
Brand discovery shaped the creative direction from the start. The work needed to feel premium and polished, signaling the level of professionalism and confidence that investors expect before committing capital. From that foundation, I led the art direction and interaction design for a comprehensive visual identity system and a custom-built WordPress website, developing a clean, modern aesthetic with a custom theme and components crafted to reinforce the brand's credibility at every touchpoint.
The result was a cohesive brand and web presence that significantly elevated Sundance Bay's position in the market and gave them the visual foundation to compete for the caliber of investor relationships they were pursuing.
